  • HOW TO ORDER?
    1. Book in for a consultation through our website. All our consultations are appointment based. 2. You will meet our designer during the consultation and discuss your requirements, choose your preferred fabrics and designs. Your measurements will also be taken. 3. Once you have decided, we will process the order and you will receive an invoice to review. 4. Your order will be sent for production once we receive your full payment, and will be delivered to you within 5-6 weeks from this date.
  • DO YOU HAVE A SHOP?
    We have a boutique in North west London where we see clients on an appointment basis. Come have a look at our samples to get a better idea of the fabrics, fittings and customisations we offer. The appointment will be exclusive to you and you will be able to get a feel of what Singarajah is all about.
  • DO YOU MAKE SUITS FOR CHILDREN?
    No.
  • DELIVERY TIME
    Our delivery time is usually 10-12 weeks from the day we receive your payment. Certain designs may take slightly longer, you will be informed about the estimated delivery time during the ordering process. For orders needed to be delivered earlier than the processing time mentioned above, kindly contact us.
  • SHIPPING CHARGES
    Shipping fees will be added separately to your invoice depending on the country. Any import fees or customs charges applied by the clients country is to be born by the client.
  • HOW CAN I FEEL THE FABRICS?
    If you would like to view our fabrics, you can choose to come in for a viewing at our boutique.
  • CAN YOU MAKE AN OUTFIT FROM A PICTURE I HAVE SENT YOU?
    Yes, we can. You can send us pictures for reference, we will implement our own ideas and come up with a completely new product.
  • WHAT CUSTOMISATIONS DO YOU OFFER?
    Our key customisations are lining, embroidery and buttons, but absolutely anything you like about the outfit is customisable and we can accommodate almost any request - feel free to discuss this during your consultation, our designer will let you know of the possibilities.
  • I WANT TO DESIGN MY OWN SUIT, HOW DOES THIS PROCESS WORK?"
    Discuss your ideas during your consultation, reference images are welcome. We will then work with you to bring your idea alive, implementing values of Singarajah.
  • CAN I COME IN TO GET MEASURED?
    Yes, you can. Your measurements will be taken by our designer during your first consultation with us.
  • HOW DO I MEASURE?
    Our designer will take your measurements during your consultation with us. In case of an online consultation, we will send you measurement forms through Email and our designer will assist you in taking the correct measurements. Just make sure you have a measurement tape and someone to measure you.
  • CAN I HAVE THIS IN A SKINNY/SLIM/CLASSIC FIT?
    Yes! All our garments are custom-made to your measurements and can be made to fit however you would like. At your consultation, or upon your request, we can decide to make the outfit in slim or classic fit.
  • DO YOU HAVE ANY STOCK OR STANDARD SIZES?
    We have a stock of Veshtis and shoes. We do not have stock of our suits as all of them are made from scratch to each individual.
  • HOW DOES MEASURING WORK?
    If, for any reason, your measurements was not taken during the consultation, we will send you a measurement guide which you will need to complete and send back. Your completed measurements will be checked by us before its sent to production. Contact us if you need any assistance or have questions regarding the measurement guide.
  • WHAT IF I MEASURE INCORRECTLY?
    We make sure to get the measurements taken by our designer. Any measurements taken by yourself will be checked by our team before processing, and you will always have the option to have our designer assist you in taking your measurements virtually or in boutique. Your suits will be tailored to the final measurements provided. Any mismatch between measurements and end product will be born by us. If the suits are according to the measurements and it does not fit you for any reason, Singarajah cannot be held responsible.
  • RETURN POLICY
    Due to all Singarajah products being made to order, we do not accept returns. We provide alteration reimbursement depending upon the garment type. If, for any reason, your garment needs alterations, contact us and we will guide you through the process.
  • PAYMENT OPTIONS
    You can pay through bank transfer or by card at our boutique.
